Component Design for Soap Saver Device

Our client contacted us with a design concept for a soap saver device which he had been developing with a local product development company. He was at the stage where he believed he was ready for market.  

We assisted with the development of the component design and after making a few changes, including altering wall section, draft angles and gate position, we ensured the best possible component could be produced within budget and exceeding customer expectations.

We worked closely with the client to ensure that the tooling and components were launched within five weeks of purchase order placement.

After the first trial the product was given approval and after a few subsequent engineering changes to add engraving we ran bulk production which was held on the shelf for call-off as the client required.
