Moulding & Assembly

We provide production runs to a high specification at very competitive rates. Our showcase facility has state-of-the-art ancillaries and equipment enabling us to handle a wide variety of applications. 

Plant and equipment includes moulding machines (ranging up to 110 tons), with dehumidifying dryers and conveying systems with sprue separators to optimise efficiency and therefore reduce production costs.

Batch runs can be made of components and retained on the shelf for scheduled call-off, enabling short lead times, normally 24 hours.

We compliment our production service with the ability to carry out complex sub-assembly.  This enables us to provide a full component service from design assistance through to completed assemblies delivered to your door.
